d87eeda5f3 Made Aegisub open the local documentation files instead of the online ones, and changed the installer to install docs as well - they will be retrieved from trunk/docs/output, so make sure to run the Perl script there (just use the batch file).

bc1b90a3c3 Fix saving of screenshots when dummy video is used and the screenshot save path is ?video by trying ?script instead and if that isn't defined, save to user's home dir. 
Fixes mantis issue #442.
