Amar Takhar	a02fee90c3	Add a quick script used for distfile building. I don't see any reason to support a pure makefile solution and make it unnecessarily complex. In the future if anyone feels they may want to use this build system I'll change it otherwise we'll use this for now. ... Originally committed to SVN as r5164.	2011-01-10 21:33:58 +00:00
