Add support for an 'internal' libass, with this we can chase changes to the
...
libass in MPlayer which is more up-to-date than the external library that's
available.

Update libass to r26265 from the MPlayer repo, I havn't checked all the changes
...
but one of the largest changes is that it now reads and uses Playres X/Y and the
video res so \mov works correctly now.
