is it possible to replace teh content on the same url?

My use case is i put a markdown file on 0x0.st and then it can be fetched anywhere. i want to make it replaceable so that i can put an updated file too.

Nope. That’s also not what 0x0.st is meant for.

Maybe you want to look for a CryptPad instance instead? It doesn’t allow direct downloads the way 0x0 does due to its client-side encryption, but it should work better for your use case. It also supports collaborative editing.
