This issue got created because no PUT operations are available on 0x0.st, only GET, HEAD, OPTIONS, POST.

PUT is necessary for i.e. resumable transfers.
This is normally not the case since a partially transferred file yields no URL on the caller side, but i.e. transfer.sh does support PUT.

Can you make 0x0 also support it, please?
